PAST, PRESENT, & FUTURE MANUFACTURING IN DETROIT:
Gaining inspiration from Diego Rivera's Mural at the Detroit Institute of Art, this drawing
was drawn by a colleague (Stephan Karetnik) and my self over a 3 day stint. As we draw
he started on the left sheet, as I started to the right and we met in the middle making the
drawing complete in a seamless way. This 20" x 60" drawing is made to represents Detroit's
manufacturing industry in the Past (Left), Present (Center), & Future (Right).
